123kk Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 123kk and you, a user of the platform available at 123kk.click. By accessing the site, creating an account, making deposits, placing bets, or using any feature of the platform — including Sports Betting, casino, slots, crash games, live casino, and the VIP Program — you declare that you have read this document in full and accept all its terms without reservation.

Accepting these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and 123kk. We recommend saving or printing this document for future reference. The most up-to-date version will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account with 123kk, you must meet all of the following requirements at the same time:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual residing in Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Not have been previously banned or had an account closed for terms violations on 123kk;
• Act on your own behalf, without representing third parties or operating under a power of attorney when using the account;
• Not be under an active voluntary self-exclusion on the platform.

Each user may hold only an active account at 123kk. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — even under different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all identified accounts and the withholding of pending balances pending an internal investigation.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. The 123kk reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the registered details.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

The 123kk applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with industry best practices and applicable Brazilian law. These procedures may be triggered at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in cases of unusual account activity.

The documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• CPF or proof of registration status with the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested.

While the verification process is ongoing, the 123kk may temporarily suspend withdrawal operations without this constituting a default or irregularity on the part of the platform. Balances remain intact throughout the verification period.

4. Account Security

The security of your account at 123kk is a shared responsibility. The platform provides 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications, optional two-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring for suspicious access. You, in turn, are responsible for:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone;
• Never allow third parties to use your account;
• Immediately notify 123kk in the event of unauthorized access or suspected password compromise;
• Access the platform only from trusted devices and networks.

The 123kk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in storing their credentials.

5. Deposits

The 123kk accepts the following deposit methods, all with no processing fees for the user:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day including public holidays;
• Boleto bancário — cleared within 1 business day of payment;
• Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — credited within up to 15 minutes;
• PicPay — credited within up to 15 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — credited within up to 15 minutes;
• TED Transfer — any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others) with credit in up to 2 hours on business days.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20,00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but 123kk may request additional verification for high-value deposits. All deposits must be made from accounts and payment methods that belong exclusively to the registered user.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 123kk are available for real balance (winnings from bets and deposited funds free of rollover) and not for bonus balance that has not yet been converted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30,00. There are no withdrawal fees for any available method.

Processing Timeframes

• Pix — up to 15 minutes under normal conditions (Gold and Diamond VIP members have priority queue access);
• TED Transfer — within 1 business day;
• Credit card — up to 5 business days (subject to the operator's policy).

The 123kk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while an identity verification is pending, without this constituting improper withholding. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violations, the 123kk may hold funds for an indefinite period while the investigation is ongoing, notifying the user by email.

Withdrawals should preferably be made to the same method used for the deposit. Changes to the withdrawal method may require additional identity verification.

7. Sports Betting

The 123kk offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 35 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and European leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis, and volleyball.

General Betting Rules

• Bets are only valid after express confirmation by the 123kk, with timestamp and accepted odd recorded;
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet, except in cases of an obvious technical error;
• Live betting odds may change between selection and confirmation — the system notifies the user of any change before the bet is finalized;
• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 2.00;
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are shown on the confirmation screen.

Cancellation and Voiding

The 123kk may cancel bets in the following cases: system error in odds publication, event cancelled or suspended before it begins, odds mistakenly published at non-market values, or evidence of match manipulation. In the event of cancellation, the full bet amount is returned to the user's balance.

Cash Out

The cash out feature lets you settle active bets before the event ends, based on real-time market odds at the moment of the request. Partial and full cash out is available for eligible single and accumulator bets. The cash out value is calculated automatically and displayed before confirmation. 123kk may temporarily suspend Cash Out on events experiencing real-time data instability.

8. Casino & Games

The casino at 123kk includes slots from multiple providers, crash games, table games, and live casino with real dealers. All games are subject to their individual rules, available within the game interface, as well as the general rules in this document.

• The RTP (return to player) for each slot is provided by the game supplier and can be found in the title's information section;
• Results in slots and table games are generated by a certified RNG (random number generator) audited by independent bodies;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round, the result is voided and the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance;
• The live casino operates 24 hours a day with real dealers and is subject to the same voiding rules in the event of a technical failure;
• The 123kk may remove or suspend titles from its catalog at any time without prior notice.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

The 123kk offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and themed promotions tied to specific sporting events such as Brasileirão rounds and the knockout stages of the Copa do Brasil and Libertadores. Each bonus has its own specific terms, presented at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement before the balance can be withdrawn — the multiplier is stated in the specific offer;
• The rollover must be completed within the timeframe set for each bonus — once it expires, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled;
• Bets on events with odds below 1,50 generally do not count toward the sports bonus rollover — check the terms of each promotion;
• Casino bets with a reduced rollover contribution percentage will have this information indicated in the bonus terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — multiple simultaneous bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated;
• The 123kk reserves the right to cancel bonuses where there is evidence of abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions.

10. VIP Program

The 123kk VIP Program 123kk is a loyalty program with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — based on monthly betting volume. Enrollment is automatic for all users who make at least one deposit.

• Tiers are calculated based on betting volume from the first to the last day of each calendar month;
• The new level takes effect on the first day of the month following qualification;
• The 123kk applies a protection system that maintains the current level for up to two consecutive months below the minimum volume before conducting a review;
• The benefits at each level — cashback, enhanced odds, withdrawal limits, free spins, and access to a dedicated account manager — are detailed on the VIP Program page;
• The 123kk reserves the right to modify the progression criteria and benefits for each level with 30 days' prior notice.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct will result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Match-fixing or manipulation of betting results in collusion with other users;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Brazilian anti-money-laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998);
• Allowing third parties, including family members, to use your account;
• Systematic exploitation of bugs or technical flaws to gain an unfair advantage;
• Undue chargebacks on card deposits after the balance has been used for betting.

12. Account Closure

You can request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 123kk. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix or TED after identity verification, within up to 5 business days.

The 123kk may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations: violation of any clause of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud, compliance with a court or regulatory order, or inactivity exceeding 24 months with a zero balance. In cases of termination for cause, balances obtained through unlawful means may be withheld.

13. Responsible Gambling

The 123kk believes betting should be a source of entertainment, never a source of financial or emotional hardship. That's why we provide responsible gambling tools for all users, regardless of VIP level:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable directly in your account with immediate effect;
• Self-pause — temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours to 6 months, reactivated only after the chosen period expires;
• Voluntary exclusion — block request for 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent exclusion, processed within 24 hours;
• Bet history — access to the complete record of all transactions and bets placed on the platform.

14. Privacy & LGPD

The processing of personal data by 123kk is carried out in compliance with General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). As a data subject, you have the right to: confirm whether your data is being processed, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated information, request anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, and withdraw consent where applicable. 15. Limitation of Liability

The 123kk is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user, service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, payment networks, data centers), payment delays caused by banks or card operators, or unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

The platform is committed to maintaining uptime above 99% throughout the month and to notifying users of scheduled maintenance at least 24 hours in advance, wherever possible. In the event of an unplanned outage affecting live bets in progress, those bets may be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance.

16. Changes to the Terms

The 123kk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email address and through an in-platform notification with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect. Minor changes — such as grammatical or formatting corrections — may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any update, you must close your account before the new version's effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

17. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 123kk shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before taking any legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through the official support of the 123kk, with a response time of up to 10 business days for cases formally submitted in writing to the email suporte@123kk.click.
